Pulse Privacy Policy

One Solution LLC ยท Updated 2026-10-12

1. Who this notice covers

One Solution LLC operates Pulse, a contact-management, calling and messaging application. This notice describes information processed through Pulse and our support and appeals channels. If a Pulse customer contacted you, that customer controls its contact list and outreach decisions; contact that business about its use of your information. You may also report misuse of Pulse to our support team.

2. Information processed

We process account information such as email address, username, authentication identifiers, and terms acknowledgments; information you import or create, including contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, tags, notes, dispositions and dial lists; message content and delivery information; and call metadata, voicemail and recording references. Connected-provider information includes Twilio connection credentials and phone numbers, and Google authorization tokens and meeting information when you enable those integrations. Support and appeals may include explanations and attachments you submit. Infrastructure providers may process technical request, device, IP-address, error and security logs. Payment providers process billing details when you subscribe; do not send card information to support.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate and protect workspaces, import and export contacts, deliver communications, create video meetings, display history and notes, manage subscriptions where available, provide support, review abuse and appeals, and meet applicable legal obligations. You are responsible for having the permissions and notices needed to upload information and communicate with your contacts.

4. Providers and disclosures

Pulse uses Supabase for authentication and application data and Vercel for hosting. Connected Twilio services process calls, messages and audio; Google processes Google sign-in and connected Meet services. Stripe and our HighLevel checkout process subscriptions, and HighLevel may process support or appeal form submissions. Information needed for your requested communication is provided to the recipient and relevant service providers. We may disclose information where required by law, to investigate misuse or protect rights and security, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. Provider services have their own terms, policies, retention practices and processing locations.

5. Google connections

Google sign-in identifies your Pulse account. Connecting Google Meet separately authorizes the meeting features you request. Pulse uses the granted Google information and tokens to provide those features, not to train generalized AI models or target advertising. Pulse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google in Calling settings or revoke access through your Google Account. Revocation does not automatically delete meetings or records already created.

6. Security and browser storage

Pulse uses authenticated account-scoped access and encrypted storage for current server-managed Twilio credentials. Some connection settings are encrypted with a key derived from your workspace password. Ordinary contact, note, message and call-history fields are not all end-to-end or workspace-password encrypted. Your browser stores session tokens, preferences and temporary workspace-key material to maintain access and settings; signing out clears Pulse's session and key caches on that device. No system can guarantee complete security. Never include passwords, Auth Tokens, API keys or customer lists in an appeal.

7. Retention and deletion

Contacts and related workspace information remain available until you delete them or the account, subject to service operation and legal requirements. Pulse attempts to remove message and call-history records older than 90 days when a workspace loads; this is not a guarantee that every copy or provider-hosted recording is erased at 90 days. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups, technical logs or legally required records until applicable retention periods expire. Twilio, Google, payment providers and HighLevel can retain their own records separately. Deleting contacts or a Pulse account does not itself cancel a paid subscription or delete all records in external providers. Export what you need and manage subscription cancellation separately.

8. Your choices and requests

Use Pulse's export, contact deletion, account deletion and provider-disconnection controls where available. Contact Help@onesolutionappteam.com for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. Rights and exceptions depend on your location; we may need to verify your identity before responding. For information a Pulse customer uploaded about you, direct requests to that customer, or contact us to report misuse. Do not send credentials as proof of identity.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this notice as features and practices change and will show the revision date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. General support and privacy requests: Help@onesolutionappteam.com. Suspension appeals: Pulse@appeals.onesolutionapp.com. Pulse is a business communications tool, not a service intended for children.
