Pulse Terms of Service & Acceptable-Use Policy
One Solution LLC ยท Updated 2026-10-12
1. You are responsible for lawful use
You are solely responsible for ensuring that every call, text message, and recording you place through Pulse complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions of both the caller and the recipient, including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state two-party/all-party consent recording laws, the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and equivalent laws outside the United States. Pulse does not scrub numbers against any registry or screen contacts for you.
2. Consent to record
Call recording is enabled by you. In two-party or all-party consent jurisdictions you must obtain the consent of every participant before recording. When recording is on, Pulse may play an automated notice to the recipient, but obtaining participant consent remains your legal obligation. Do not record any call without the legally required consent of all parties.
3. Do-Not-Contact honoring
Pulse provides per-contact Do-Not-Contact (DNC) flags for SMS and calls. It is your responsibility to keep these flags accurate, to honor requests to stop contacting any person, and to maintain your own suppression lists. Power-dialing (Bonanza Mode) automatically skips contacts you have flagged DNC, but the accuracy and completeness of those flags is your responsibility.
4. No warranty of compliance
Pulse is provided 'as is' as a communication tool. Pulse does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that any use of its features is lawful or compliant in your specific circumstances. You indemnify and hold harmless the operators of Pulse from claims arising out of your use of the service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pulse to send unsolicited marketing without the required consent, to spoof caller identity, to contact numbers on a do-not-call registry, to record without consent where required by law, or for any fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purpose. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Data & retention
You retain responsibility for the information you upload and the permissions needed to use it. Pulse processes workspace information to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Not all contact, message, note and call-history fields are password-encrypted. Pulse attempts a 90-day message and call-history cleanup when a workspace loads, but this does not guarantee deletion of backups or third-party recordings. Export needed records before deleting contacts or your account; provider-held records must be managed separately.
7. Your account and connected services
Pulse is operated by One Solution LLC. Keep your login, workspace password and provider credentials secure, use only provider accounts and numbers you are authorized to control, and contact Help@onesolutionappteam.com if you suspect unauthorized activity. Third-party services including Twilio and Google have their own terms, capabilities and availability. You pay your providers directly for usage, phone numbers and other provider charges; a Pulse subscription does not include free telecommunications. Texting requires an eligible text-enabled number and applicable provider approvals. Pulse is not an emergency calling service.
8. Trials, subscriptions and cancellation
Where offered, a free Pulse trial is limited by the duration, imports, contacts, dialing attempts and SMS allowances shown when you start it. Trial allowances do not reset when contacts are deleted or replaced. Upgrading to Pulse Monthly costs $19.99 USD per month, plus applicable disclosed taxes, and starts a recurring subscription immediately without a second trial unless expressly offered. Paid plans remove trial allowances but remain subject to stated storage limits and platform safeguards. Your payment provider bills recurring charges until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves access available through the paid period, unless the account is suspended for misuse. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law; refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Account or contact deletion does not itself cancel billing. Contact support if you need help canceling.
9. Suspension and appeals
We may restrict or suspend access to investigate or stop scams, spam, credential misuse, attacks on Pulse, or other violations of these terms. High legitimate usage alone does not establish abuse. If you believe a restriction is a mistake, email Pulse@appeals.onesolutionapp.com with your Pulse account email, the suspension reference if available, and an explanation. Our support team reviews appeals; submitting one does not automatically restore access or guarantee reinstatement. Do not send passwords, Auth Tokens, API keys or customer contact lists. A Pulse suspension does not itself revoke access to your independent provider accounts.
10. Changes and support
We may update these terms and show the revised version. Material updates may require renewed acceptance before calling or messaging. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Support, subscription and privacy requests can be sent to Help@onesolutionappteam.com. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy and forms part of the service disclosures.
